IPM Consulting is a German company located near Speyer in Rhineland-Palatinate/Germany.

Our goal is to accompany qualified nursing staff from Non EU countries to Germany to work full time as nurses at a German hospital.

The company was founded in November 2020 with the aim to support the integration in Germany and to improve the shortage of skilled nursing staff.

Our focus is especially on non-EU countries. We are constantly looking for qualified nursing staff who would like to work in a hospital in Germany.

We work together with a strong partner "Internationaler Bund (IB)" in Frankfurt. 

With more than 14,000 employees, the Internationaler Bund (IB) is one of the largest service providers in youth, social and educational work in Germany.

It supports children, young people, adults and senior citizens in leading a self-responsible life - regardless of their origin, religion or ideology.

Its guiding principle "Strengthening humanity" is motivation and orientation for its employee.
